How to make it

  1. Arrange the ginger slices and spring onion evenly on a plate. Place the crab on top and steam for 10 - 12 minutes
  2. In a separate pot, mix water with Lee Kum Kee Chilli Crab paste. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the steamed crab into the pot. Stir well on low heat
  4. Pour the beaten egg into the pot to thicken the sauce. Stir evenly and ready to serve
