How to make it

Rinse ribs with boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil, saute ginger and anise pod. Add ribs and stir-fry until light golden.
Add potatoes, string beans, corn, and carrot. Continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Stir in Seasoning Sauce and onion, cover pan and cook over low heat until ribs are tender and sauce is thickened.
