  • 2 oz. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 oz. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, coarse
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • 2 oz. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 4 oz. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

How to make it

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. (B.B.Q. sauce).
  2. Transfer B.B.Q. sauce into a baking dish and marinate spareribs for about 30 minutes. Marinade longer for extra flavor.
  3. Bake pork spareribs at 350 degree temperature for 45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Brush spareribs with extra B.B.Q. sauce every 20 minutes.
  5. Remove aluminum cover and bake at 450 degree temperature for another 15 minutes. Cool spareribs for 10 minutes before slicing.
