                            Combine the onion, lemon juice, Oyster Sauce, and maple syrup, in a small bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking constantly. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

                            In a large bowl, combine lettuce, scallions, almonds, avocado, and vegetables.  
- 
                            Toss in the dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add any additional vegetables as desired.
