  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 3 ginger slices
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine

Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 13½ Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. sugar

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, sauté ginger and garlic. Add chicken, red pepper, and chestnuts. Toss well until done.
  3. Stir in rice wine and cornstarch mixture. Cover pan and cook over low heat to thicken the sauce.
