How to make it

  1. Infuse the minced ginger to tequila and sous vide for 1hr at 55 degrees 

  2. 8 bits of dry pineapple and 30g tea per 1ltr water and 1kg sugar. Cool all together and coffee filter strain once sugar dissolves 

  3. Dash Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce into fresh espresso and pour all other things together

  4. Garnish with coffee beans
