How to make it

  1. Stir fry Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic until slightly brown, then add in abalone stock, mushroom stock, water, scallions, Jinhua ham, Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce and dried mushrooms. Bring it to a boil, turn the heat down and let it braise over low heat for 45 (20) minutes.
  2. Blanch broccoli florets and prawns in a pot of salted boiling water. Set aside.
  3. Plate the broccoli, prawns, mushrooms and abalones.
  4. Drizzle sauce around mushrooms and abalones.
