Roast Chicken in Soybean Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 3 lbs.)
Marinade
- 7 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Soybean Sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Soybean Sauce
- 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. water

How to make it
Rinse chicken clean and pat dry. Mix Marinade thoroughly and evenly coat chicken. Let stand 2 hours.
Roast chicken 30–40 minutes in 350°F preheated oven. Baste chicken with oil occasionally. Roast until cooked through.
Mix Dipping Sauce and heat for serving.
