- 2 cans Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 cups Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce Regular
- 500g Salmon (Sliced)
- 2 cups White radish (Shredded)
- 2 cups Green radish (Shredded)
- 2 cups Carrot (Shredded)
- 2 cups Purple cabbage (Sliced)
- 2 cups Cucumber (Shredded)
- ½ cup Jelly fish (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Red pickled ginger (Shredded)
- 1 cup Golden crackers (Pok Chui)
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds
Dressing
- ½ cup Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp Five spice powder
- 2 pcs Lime

How to make it
Arrange all the ingredients neatly around the plate.
Add five spice powder, lime, Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce and Pure Sesame Oil onto the ingredients.
