Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce is an all purpose gourmet condiment made from selected ingredients such as dried scallop, dried shrimps, red chili pepper and spices. It is a delicious appetizer by itself, as well as an excellent additon to all dishes, Chinese dim sum, noodles, porridge and Japanese sushi. XO Sauce is also ideal for cooking meats, vegetables, seafood, tofu, fried rice and even pasta.
