Pan-fried Pork Fillet with Premium Light Soy Sauce

Pork fillet/loin 450 g [cut into pieces slantwise]
Bell pepper (s) 100 g [asst. colours, cut into strips]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]


Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Egg white 2 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp

  1. Marinate pork fillet for 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry pork fillet in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  3. Stir in bell peppers, green onions and seasoning mix.
