Soft bean curd/Soft tofu 350 g [2 pcs, diced]
Minced pork 90 g
Chinese mushroom(s) 1 pc [soaked and diced]
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Chili 1 tsp [Red, diced]
Garlic 1/2 tbsp [minced]
Green onion(s) [shredded, for garnish ]
Fine Shrimp Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp

  1. Marinate minced pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce, ginger, red chili and minced garlic until fragrant. Add pork, mushroom and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add bean curd and thickening. Simmer with lid on until sauce thickens. Garnish with shredded green onion.
