Braised Minced Pork with Oyster Sauce on Rice

Minced pork 400 g [belly part]
Shallots 5 cloves [finely chopped]
Garlic 5 cloves [finely chopped]
Cooked rice 4 bowls [for serving]


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 1/2 tbsp
Five-spice powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper a little
Water 500 ml

  1. Saute shallot and garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add minced pork belly and stir-fry until golden yellow.  Add seasoning mix and boil.Turn to low heat and braise for about 25 minutes.  Pour on top of rice and serve at once.
