Stir-fried Instant Noodles with XO Fine Shrimp Sauce

Instant noodles 200 g [2 cakes]
Vietnamese sausage 90 gshredded
Trimmed bean sprouts 90 g [drained]
Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Fine Shrimp Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
XO Sauce(Regular) 2 tsp

  1. Cook instant noodles in boiling water until done.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil.  Drain and set aside.
  3. Saute Fine Shrimp Sauce, Vietnamese sausage, carrot and green onions in 1 tbsp  oil.  Add instant noodles and XO Sauce.  Toss well until heated through.
  4. Add bean sprouts.  Mix well.
