Veal in Red Wine Sauce

Veal fillet 400 g [4 pcs]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [diced]
Red wine 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tsp


Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
White pepper to taste
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp

  1. Marinate veal fillet for 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry veal fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Set aside.
  3. Saute tomato paste in 1 tbsp oil.  Add bell pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute.  Stir in sauce mix and heat through.  Turn off heat.  Stir in red wine.  Pour sauce over veal fillet.
