Stuffed Chicken Wings with XO Sauce

Chicken wings [middle joint] 10 pcs
Chinese mushroom(s) 3 pcs [soaked, drained and shredded]
XO Sauce(Regular) 3 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

  1. Chop both ends of chicken wings away.  Cook in boiling water until done.  Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Remove bones from chicken wings.  Stuff with mushrooms and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce.
  3. Mix chicken wings with marinade.
  4. Pan-fry chicken wings in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow.
