Beef Steak with Steak Sauce

Sirloin beef steak (s) 400 g [2 thick pieces]
Fresh vegetables and cooked spaghetti [for serving]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Water 75 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp

  1. Mix beef steak with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry beef steak in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate. Keep warm.
  3. Bring sauce mix to the boil. Pour over beef steak. Serve with fresh vegetables and cooked spaghetti.
