Chef Recommendation

Minced pork 100 g [Pork Loin with fat]
Bean curd wrapped with muslin 2 pcs [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [diced]
Corn starch Tael [a little]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
XO Sauce(Regular) 1 tsp
Egg yolk 1 pc
Corn starch 1 tsp
XO Sauce(Regular) 1 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 75 ml

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade.
  2. Dust bean curd with corn starch. Stuff bean curd with minced pork.
  3. Pan-fry the stuffed side of bean curd until golden yellow and then the other side. Put on a serving plate.
  4. Add green onion to sauce mix and cook until thickens. Pour over stuffed bean curd.

    Note: The XO Sauce can be replaced by XO Sauce( Extra Hot). This recipe is provided by Fung Shing Restaurant Group - Chef Eric Wong.
