Stir-fried Pork with Chili Garlic Sauce

Minced pork 250 g
Leek 90 g [sliced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp

  1. Stir-fry minced pork in 2 tbsp oil until almost done.  Add leak and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.  Can be served with cooked rice or spaghetti.

       Remark: Pork can be replaced by chicken or beef.
