Stir-fried Pork with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Pork fillet/loin 500 g [thinly sliced]
Button Mushroom (s) 120 g [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [Red, shredded]
Broccoli 1 small pc [cut into florets]
Peanuts [roasted, chopped, for garnish]


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
Water 8 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pork in 1 tbsp oil until cooked.  Add red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.  Stir in sauce mix and heat through.  Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.  Serve with a few thin egg noodles, deep-fried in hot oil for a few seconds until crispy.
