Stir-fried Pork and Pine Nuts with Hoisin Sauce

Pork fillet/loin 300 g [diced]
Pine Nuts 50 g
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [diced]
Garlic 1 tsp [minced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Hoisin Sauce 4 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
  3. Saute minced garlic in remaining oil. Add pork and stir-fry until done. Add bell pepper, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in pine nuts.
