Stir-fried Angled Luffa with Pork

Ingredients

Angled luffa 250 g [1 pc, peeled the hard edges]
Pork fillet/loin 200 g [sliced]
Cloud fungus 50 g [soaked]


Marinade

Chicken Bouillon Powder 1/2 tsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pork in 3 tbsp oil until done.  Set aside. 
  3. Stir-fry angled luffa and black fungus in the remaining oil for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in sauce mix and pork.  Stir well and heat through.
