Bean curd/Tofu 2 packets [for steaming, sliced thinly]
Roasted barbecue pork/Char Siu 40 g [diced]
Asparagus 40 g [diced]
Sichuan preserved vegetables 20 gshredded
Gingkos 10 pcs
Green onion(s) 5 g [diced]
Salt Tael [a little ]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water a little

  1. Arrange bean curd on a serving plate. Add salt and steam for 2 minutes. Pour away excess water after steaming.
  2. Stir-fry the left ingredients on high heat quickly. Add seasoning mix and stir well. Spread ingredients on bean curd.
  3. Boil sauce mix. Add thickening and heat through. Pour over bean curd.
