Spare Ribs and Rice in Hot Pot

Beginner's
Ingredients

Spare rib (s) 200 g [chopped into pieces]
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked, squeezed and halved]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [diced]
Rice 250 g
Water 350 ml


Marinade

Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix spare ribs, Chinese mushrooms and green onions with marinade.
  2. Rinse rice and drain. Add water and cook in an earthenware hot pot until rice is almost done.
  3. Arrange spare ribs, mushrooms and green onions on rice and cook until done. Pour over with sauce mix before serving.

      Note: The water amount is for reference. Adjust the amount to your personal taste.
