Pork jowl meat 350 g [thinly sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 2 pcs [cut into pieces]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp
Water 125 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix pork jowl meat with marinade.
  2. Thread ingredients onto skewers alternatively.
  3. Pan-fry kebabs in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Add sauce mix and cook until thickens.
