Frozen bean curd 200 g [defrosted, cut into pieces]
Minced pork 50 g
Button Mushroom (s) 4 pcs [sliced]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 2 pcs [sliced]
Green onion(s) 1 pcs [sectioned]
Garlic 1 clove [sliced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Saute green onion and garlic in 1 tbsp oil.  Add minced pork and stir-fry. Stir in other ingredients and sauce mix.  Cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
