Peacock clams 10 pcs
Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 20 g


XO Sauce(Regular) 15 g
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 10 g
Chicken powder
Cooking Wine a little

  1. Wash peacock clams. Soak bean vermicelli until soft and line a serving plate.
  2. Put peacock clams on top. Sprinkle with cooking wine, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and chicken powder. Steam for 1 minute. Take out. Pour over hot oil and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.
