Onion(s) 1 Small [Sliced]
Garlic 3 Cloves [Sliced]
Cashews 30 g
Spaghetti 250 g


Premium Oyster Sauce 1/4 cup
Hoisin Sauce 1/4 cup
Pure sesame oil 1 tbsp
Guilin Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp

  1. Season chicken meat with salt and pepper, pan sear for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside in warm place.
  2. Cook pasta by following the instructions on the packet.
  3. In a sauté pan add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes just to develop the flavour. Add chili sauce and cashew nuts then toss for 1 minute. Add the remaining sauce and mix until everything has incorporated. One the pasta is done place it straight into the sauce.
  4. If the sauce is too thick you can add in a ladle of the pasta water. Adjust seasoning serve by plating the pasta in the centre of the bowl and place chicken on top.
