Chicken 1200 g [1 pc ]


Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper to taste
Fine Shrimp Sauce 3 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sectioned green onion 1 pc
Crushed ginger 2 slices
Crushed shallots 5 pcs
Crushed garlic 10 cloves

  1. Blanch chicken in boiling water. Pat dry and rub chicken with marinade.
  2. Rub seasoning mix on chicken evenly. Put the left seasoning mix into chicken cavity. Chill and marinate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Bake chicken at 180C/350F preheated oven for 35 - 45 minutes until done, turning occasionally.
