XO Lobster Japanese Noodles in Mini Wok

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 200 g [1 packet]
Lobster 75 g [meat, cut into pieces]
Enoki mushroom(s) 50 g [cut the tails]
Bell pepper (s) 1/4 pc [Green, shredded]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, cut into pieces]


Salt and Pepper a pinch
Egg White [optional] 1 tsp
XO Sauce(Regular) 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  1. Mix lobster meat with marinade.
  2. Saute red chili in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant in a mini wok.  Add lobster meat and stir-fry until done.  Add enoki mushrooms, green bell pepper and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in Japanese noodles, seasoning mix and heat through.
