Wrapped XO Fish Fillet

Fish fillet 200 g [cut into 16 pieces]
Leaves of Sweet Corn 16 pcs [cut into 5 cm x 15 cm]


XO Sauce(Regular) 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp

  1. Divide seasoning mix into 16 portions.
  2. Put fish on sweet corn leaves.  Spread seasoning mix on fish.  Roll up leaves to wrap fish.
  3. Pan-fry wrapped fish in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Remove leaves and serve hot.
