Ingredients

Chicken 1 pc [San Huang]
Sesame seeds adequate amount [white]
Angled luffa adequate amount [diced]
Ginger (s) adequate amount


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 10 g
Chili Sauce 20 g
Pure sesame oil 5 g
Peanut butter 5 g
Sesame paste 5 g
Five-spice powder adequate amount
Sichuan peppercorn powder adequate amount


Directions
  1. Mix Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce etc. seasonings to form the exotic sauce. Set aside.
  2. Boil water. Cook San Huang chicken until done. Chop into pieces. Put on a serving plate. Pour over exotic sauce. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and diced green onion.
