Stir-fried Premium Chicken with Peach and Carambola

Chicken meat 350 g [sliced]
Canned peach 120 g [sliced]
Carambola/Star fruit 120 g


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Peel hard edges from ribs of carambola.  Cut crosswise to get star-like thin slices.  Remove seeds.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Stir in peach, carambola, sauce mix and heat through.
