Mussel in Spicy Oyster Sauce

Mussel (s) 350 g [15 pcs, with shells]
Leek 50 g [sliced]
Chili 1 pc [Red, diced]
Shallots 2 pcs [diced]
Cooking wine 1 tbsp


Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Water 6 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Saute red chili and shallots in 3 tbsp oil.  Add mussels and stir-fry until almost done.
  2. Add leek and stir well.  Sprinkle with wine.  Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
