Stuffed Squid with 3-Color Bell Pepper

Shredded red, green & yellow bell pepper 150 g
Green onion(s) [shredded, for topping]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Water 125 ml
Corn starch 2 tsp

  1. Stuff squid with shredded bell pepper and secure opening with toothpicks.
  2. Pan-fry squid in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Sprinkle with shredded green onion.
