Stir-fried Chicken and Udon Noodles with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g [2 packets]
Cabbage 200 g [shredded]
Chicken meat 120 g [shredded]
Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Water 6 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix chicken meat with marinade.
  2. Blanch udon noodles in boiling water.  Drain.
  3. Stir-fry chicken meat in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Add cabbage, carrot, sauce mix and heat through.  Add udon noodles and stir well until heated through.
