Stir-fried Chicken and Potato with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breast meat 500 g [or fillet, cut into pieces]
Potato(es) 250 g [1 pc, sliced]
Carrot (s) 250 g [1 pc, sliced]


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
Water 8 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry potato in oil until golden yellow.  Drain.Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil until cooked.  Add carrot and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add potato, sauce mix and heat through.
