Spicy Coconut Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken meat 200 g [cut into pieces]
Potato(es) 200 g [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 90 g [cut into pieces]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [cut into pieces]
Coconut milk 75 ml


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Water 375 ml
Sugar 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix chicken meat with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken meat in 1 tbsp oil.  Add potato, carrot, onion and sauce mix. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in coconut milk and serve hot.
