Pan-fried Chicken Breasts with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breast meat 300 g [2 pcs]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [red, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [green, shredded]
Spaghetti [cooked for serving]


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 6 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Marinate chicken breasts for 15 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry chicken breasts in 2 tbsp oil on low heat until done.  Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers in 1 tbsp oil.  Add sauce mix, heat through and pour over chicken breasts.  Serve hot with cooked spaghetti.
