Fried Chicken and Potatoes with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 300 g [cut into pieces]
Potato(es) 250 g [cut into pieces]


Marinade

Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 7 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry potatoes in oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain.
  3. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add potatoes and sauce mix.  Stir well until sauce thickens.
