Fish with Cream Corn in Chili Garlic Sauce

Fish fillet 450 g [cut into pieces]
Egg White 1 pc [beaten]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Pure sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Beaten egg 1 pc
Corn starch 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Canned cream style corn 6 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 125 ml

  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Deep-fry fish fillet in hot oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil.  Pour in sauce mix and cook until heated through.  Remove from heat.  Stir in egg white.  Pour sauce mix over fish.
