Baked Fish in Packet with Lemon Grass

Fresh fish 450 g [1pc, Sea Bass or any kind]


Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Chopped lemon grass 2 tbsp
Chopped shallot 2 tbsp
Chopped red chili 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper to taste

  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Put fish and marinade on greased foil. Wrap up foil to form a packet. Bake at 230C/450F hot oven for 15 minutes or until done.
