Assorted Seafood Hot Pot with Fine Shrimp Sauce

Assorted seafood 150 g
Leek 120 g [sliced]
Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 25 g
Chili 1 pc [Red, sliced]
Salt & pepper [to taste]


Fine Shrimp Sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Water 500 ml

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain.
  2. Bring stock to the boil.  Add assorted seafood, bean vermicelli, red chili and heat through.  Stir in leek at last.  Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

    Note: Assorted seafood such as scallop, squid, fish fillet and prawn meat.
