Stuffed Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop

Ingredients

Firm bean curd/Firm tofu 280 g [1 pc, cut into 12 pieces]
Mashed shrimp meat 120 g [meat, mashed]


Marinade

Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Water 6 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade. Divide into 12 portions.
  2. Spread shrimp meat onto each piece of bean curd. Pan-fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and shrimp meat is done.
  3. Pour in sauce mix and heat through. Stir well lightly.
