Salmon Fillet with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Salmon 150 g [fillet, 2 pcs]
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [soaked, drained and shredded]
Carrot (s) 10 g [shredded]
Ginger (s) 1 slice [shredded]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [diced]
Garlic 1/2 tsp [minced]


Marinade

Salt 1/4 tsp
White Pepper a dash
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 100 ml
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry salmon fillet in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Drain.
  3. Stir-fry minced garlic, mushrooms, green onion, carrot and ginger in 1 tbsp oil for a short while.  Add sauce mix and heat through.  Pour over salmon fillet.
