Bean curd skin 12 pcs [about 8 x 15 cm]
Crab-flavored stick(s) 120 g [torn into shreds]
Cucumber 75 g [shredded]
Carrot (s) 75 g [shredded]
Pressed bean curd 75 g [shredded]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
White pepper to taste
Plain Flour 2 tsp
Water 2 tsp

  1. Mix crab-flavored sticks, cucumber, carrot and pressed bean curd with seasoning mix.  Divide the filling into 12 portions.
  2. Arrange filling on bean curd skin and roll up.  Seal openings with flour paste.
  3. Deep-fry bean curd rolls in hot oil until golden yellow and crisp.  Drain and serve.
