Vegetarian chicken 250 g [2 rolls, sliced]
Hon Shimeji mushroom(s) 90 g
Enoki mushroom(s) 90 g
Soybean kernels 50 g [defrosted]
Carrot (s) 25 g [sliced]


Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 4 tbsp
Water 125 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Pan-fry vegetarian chicken in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow.  Add all ingredients and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in sauce mix and cook on low heat until sauce thickens.
